With spring inching us closer into summer, I thought there would be no better time than now to talk about getting fit and healthy. Getting fit and staying healthy is an all year round thing, but something about the warm weather and fresh foods has me reevaluating my diet.
I love to eat.
And I am always thinking of how I can improve my diet and work on maintaining my overall health.
I have had moments where I used negative energy and excuses to justify why I couldn’t eat healthy or lose weight. I believe having those moments are completely normal, however choosing to see past your excuses and really achieve your health and weight loss goal is so important!
